Going from good to great is how Jonathan Spetner described all the changes Spetner has been undertaking within the last year. Not only have we improved our internal procedures but also we have added new products and services to be offered to our current and prospective clients.
Spetner Associates, Inc. has spent the last year making internal improvements and transformations. Some of the changes may have been more visible than others. However, all of the changes are very exciting and will continue to set Spetner Associates apart from any other agency in the market.
Spetner hired the expertise of a marketing company to assist with our new corporate image. Carin Shulusky, of Marketing Alliance, has been a major player in many of the changes. Carin met with top Spetner executives and a high profile client to find out more about the overall view of Spetner. The information helped to jumpstart the strategic plan to bring the company to the next level. Part of that plan included creating a new business logo, evident on our letterhead and business cards. Along with the logo is a more modern and cutting edge tagline: “Spetner – Benefits for Life”. We want our clients to know that we intend for our relationship to be a permanent and steadfast partnership. Another big development was the design of a product brochure. The brochure outlines the many services and products available to our clients today. We continue to browse the market to bring our clients new, innovative and affordable products that will be featured in the brochure in the future.
In addition to introducing our products and services our website allows you to keep up on industry trends, human resource news and related information as well as compliance advances and changes.
The new look of Spetner is more than just a facelift. You will see that these changes are representative of the new spirit and improved attitude of Spetner Associates, Inc.
